3. Subject of the contract. The contract has been divided into 3 parts: Part No. I – South, covering: a) winter maintenance of roads with a length of 136.589 km b) organisational and technical actions c) preparation of materials for removing and preventing slipperiness d) snow removal from roads e) removal of winter slipperiness from roads by applying chemical agents or non-chemical (abrasive) materials f) post-winter season tidying work (cleaning roads after winter) in accordance with ANNEX No. 3A. Part No. II – North, covering: a) winter maintenance of roads with a length of 107.215 km b) organisational and technical actions c) preparation of materials for removing and preventing slipperiness d) snow removal from roads e) removal of winter slipperiness from roads by applying chemical agents or non-chemical (abrasive) materials f) post-winter season tidying work (cleaning roads after winter) in accordance with ANNEX No. 3B. Part No. III – Knurów Municipality, covering: a) winter maintenance of roads with a length of 10.679 km b) organisational and technical actions c) preparation of materials for removing and preventing slipperiness d) snow removal from roads e) removal of winter slipperiness from roads by applying chemical agents or non-chemical (abrasive) materials f) post-winter season tidying work (cleaning roads after winter) in accordance with ANNEX No. 3C.
