The subject of the public procurement is the award of a contract for construction works. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a works contract in the sense of Section 536 and following of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code, content-wise identical for each of the three parts (see more in point 3 of Section A.1 SP), in the sense of which the successful tenderer in each part will implement a continuous repair of II. and III. category roads in the Košice Self-Governing Region (hereinafter KSK) and the administration of the Road Administration of the Košice Self-Governing Region (hereinafter SC KSK) by repairing or replacing degraded layers of road surfaces with the aim of improving the operational capability of the road surface and extending their lifespan according to the technical, qualitative and other conditions specified in the projects of the individual sections, which form an annex to the description of the subject of the contract and thus the tender documents, and all this in its own name, on its own account and at its own risk, or in accordance with the commercial conditions for this public tender.
