Description

Supplies of electric passenger vehicles, always including: • 2 keys or controllers for the given Passenger Car; • a second set of tyres including rims (summer or winter, depending on the delivery term of the Passenger Car), and, if relevant according to valid and effective legal regulation, always including: • a written and/or electronic version of the manual, i.e. the instructions for use and maintenance of the given Passenger Car in the Czech language; • a written and/or electronic version of the service book (hereinafter „Service Book“) for the given Passenger Car; • the original certificate of vehicle registration for the Passenger Car in written or electronic form (only if the procedure according to section 8, sentence 3 and 4 of Article I of the Framework Agreement does not apply); • the CoC certificate (if the procedure according to section 8, sentence 3 and 4 of Article I of the Framework Agreement applies); • the original protocol of the technical inspection of the Passenger Car, or the certificate of technical fitness of the Passenger Car; • a detailed breakdown of claims for operation and maintenance of the Passenger Car (only if not stated in the Service Book); • any other accompanying documents for the Passenger Car in the Czech language. Provision of service services for the supplied Passenger Cars, if requested by the Buyer within the respective partial purchase agreement. The expected number of vehicles taken over during the term of the framework agreement is 59. The contracting authorities are entitled, pursuant to section 100, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act, to take over passenger cars up to the limit of the required number of Passenger Cars specified in Annex No. 1 of the Framework Agreement increased by 20%. The total maximum number of vehicles taken over on the basis of the public contract is therefore 70. The implementation of the Subject of the performance defined in Article I of the Framework Agreement will take place throughout the term of the Framework Agreement, and this on the basis of individual Purchase Agreements concluded in accordance with the provisions of section 134 of the Public Procurement Act. The entities for which the public contract is awarded are the contracting authorities listed in Annex 1 of the Framework Agreement – List of Buyers.
