The subject of the procurement is the supply of • Lot 1 - Insulated Clamps • Lot 2 - Accessories for LEA • Lot 3 - LEA JT-MT Clamps • Lot 4 - 110 KV Clamps in accordance with the Terms of Reference and its Annexes. Technical requirements defined at the level of the participation notice, Terms of Reference or other complementary documents, by referring to standards, to a particular manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/method of manufacture/provision/execution, will be understood as being accompanied by the mention "or equivalent". Any request for clarifications must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. To the extent that requests for clarification or additional information have been addressed within the timeframe provided for in the participation notice, the Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline set in the Participation Notice for the submission of tenders in accordance with Article 173(1) of Law 99/2016 and Article 29(3) of Government Decision 394/2016. The Contracting Entity is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification received after the specified deadline. All responses to the requested clarifications will be available to any interested Economic Operator by accessing the "LIST OF CLARIFICATIONS, NOTIFICATIONS AND DECISIONS" section from the Participation Notice associated with this procedure through SEAP, using the interface: http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub. If necessary, the Contracting Entity may modify the content of the Award Documents by issuing an Amendment to the Award Documents. Modifications may be issued at any time before the deadline for receipt of Tenders, but the Contracting Entity will allow, if necessary, a sufficient time interval for interested Economic Operators for the preparation of Tenders, by extending the deadline for receipt of Tenders. Duration of the Contract - a contract with a duration of 24 months will be concluded for each lot separately.
