The subject of the contract is: Delivery of a mammography unit with contrast function along with room adaptation. The subject of the contract includes the purchase and delivery of the mammography unit along with equipment, as well as the preparation of design documentation and construction works related to the installation of the device and the adaptation and modernisation of the rooms designated for this purpose at the Narodowy Instytut Onkologii im. Marii Skłodowskiej – Curie - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the contract / price list) and Annex 3 to the SWZ (Functional-User Programme).
