The painting work includes all coating, plastering, wallpapering and sealing work in the interior and exterior of the fire station building. The work includes surface preparation, priming, plastering, intermediate and final coats on lime-cement render, plasterboard and concrete surfaces, as well as the necessary protective and covering measures. The work is carried out in sections and partially before the installation work, which means that several execution phases have to be taken into account. In the vehicle hall, washing hall, technical, storage, sanitary, office and training areas, a total of several thousand square metres of wall and ceiling surfaces will be treated with high-quality, low-emission dispersion coatings. Special requirements exist regarding wet abrasion, resistance to disinfectants, as well as mould and moisture protection in washing and sanitary areas. In the office and training rooms, additional Q3 plastering, painter's fabric coverings and high-quality painting systems are to be carried out. Furthermore, the scope of services includes the coating of steel frames, steel doors, other steel components and pipelines, including the necessary pre-treatments and corrosion protection measures. The services are supplemented by coatings of exterior ceilings, acrylic and silicone sealings, as well as all necessary connection, maintenance and joint works for the complete completion of the surfaces.
