The public procurement contract concerns the supply, through purchases, of signs, plates and self-adhesive stickers intended for the facilities of ESO EAD, as follows: 1. Metal plates and PVC plates for electrical equipment and conductors - 9340 units; 2. Metal plates, PVC plates and self-adhesive stickers with warning signs - 702 units; 3. Metal plates, PVC plates and self-adhesive stickers with mandatory signs – 305 units; 4. Metal plates, PVC plates and self-adhesive stickers with prohibitive signs – 545 units; 5. PVC plates and self-adhesive stickers with indicative signs – 1305 units; 6. Metal plates, PVC plates and self-adhesive stickers for firefighting equipment and evacuation – 1242 units; 7. Metal plates and PVC plates for marking the category of fire hazard of premises – 205 units; 8. Metal road signs – 8 units; 9. Plates with dispatcher names of facilities - 6345 units; 10. Plates with names of facilities – 3 units. As a result of the procedure, a contract will be concluded for a period of 26 months. Deliveries will be made through the sending of delivery orders by the contracting authority, which can be made during the first 24 months from the entry into force of the contract. The deadline for the execution of each specific delivery order is up to 60 calendar days, from the date of sending a separate delivery order by the contracting authority with the specified delivery place and description of the quantities of the different types of items. The quantities indicated are forecast. The contracting authority is not obliged to order the specified quantities, but will order the goods depending on its specific needs.
