Norway – Washing and dry-cleaning services – EL-26-06 Framework agreement Laundry and dry cleaning of private clothing to institutions.

The contracting authority named in point 1 intends to enter into a framework agreement for the laundry and dry cleaning of private clothing to institutions in Elverum municipality. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for laundry and dry cleaning of private clothing to residents at institutions in Elverum municipality. In order to ensure that the objective of the agreement is fulfilled, it is decisive for the contracting authority to have good and close dialogue with the tenderer throughout the entire contract period. Tenderers shall use their expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the aim of the contract.
