Germany – Installation of outdoor illumination equipment – Sanierung Baulich-Technische Infrastruktur: ELT-FM -BEL

The content of the services listed in the schedule of services is the provision of ELT-FM -BEL. The project includes the necessary measures for the ELT-FM and lighting trades, approximately 59 sub-distributions, approximately 137,000m of cables and lines, approximately 27,000m of data cables, approximately 315m of cable support systems E0 and 115m in E30/E90, approximately 3,100m of cable ducts/skirting ducts, approximately 1,250 installation devices (switches and sockets), approximately 890 KNX field devices, approximately 2 LAN cabinets 42HE and 6 LAN cabinets 5HE, approximately 340 data sockets, approximately 3,760 LED luminaires DALI, central battery system with approximately 910 standby luminaires and approximately 305 emergency exit signs, fire alarm system with approximately 1,110 automatic detectors and 50 manual call points. Attention: This tender includes maintenance services. Completion deadlines: Work is to begin within 12 working days after receipt of the invitation by the contracting authority (Section 5, Paragraph 2, Sentence 2, VOB/B). The invitation will be sent to you by 22.10.2026. The work is to be completed (ready for acceptance) within 815 working days after the above-mentioned deadline for the start of execution (5 working days/week) see also Annex 1 of the Special Contract Conditions VHB-214.
