The subject of the order is the services commissioned by BGK, consisting of the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument financing investments carried out in the area of the Just Transition Region of the Łódzkie Voivodeship: Loan for investments in SMEs for transformation (hereinafter referred to as: Single Loan / Loan). Details regarding the types of projects that can be financed are contained in the "Financial Instrument Metric - Loan for investments in SMEs for transformation" (hereinafter referred to as: Metric), which is an annex to the Draft Operational Agreement Provisions (hereinafter referred to as: DOP).
