Germany – Facade work – Sanierung Baulich-Technische Infrastruktur: Metallbau Fassade II

The content of the services listed in the specification is the provision of facade work consisting of: dismantling, as well as complete renewal of the West facade - lamella facade, b/h approx. 1.10 x 19.60 m partial facade Comm.-Zone West, approx. 20 m² tilt-and-turn window lamella, ascertain existing, approx. 470 units new installation of sliding door drive in existing sliding door, 1 unit. Attention: This invitation to tender includes maintenance services. Deadlines for completion: Work is to begin within 12 working days after receipt of the invitation by the AG (Section 5, paragraph 2, sentence 2, VOB/B). The invitation will be sent to you by 15.04.2027. The service is to be completed (ready for acceptance) within 220 working days after the above-mentioned deadline for commencement of work (5 working days/week) see also Annex 1 of the Special Contractual Conditions VHB-214.
