The subject of the contract is the expansion and upgrading of the Labour Market Needs Diagnosis Mechanism (LMNDM) with the aim of enhancing its role in monitoring the labour market and forecasting skills needs. It includes the upgrading of the information system, the updating and enrichment of databases, the development of innovative analysis tools, the preparation of targeted studies and research, as well as the development of forecasting and foresight methodologies. Through the seven distinct work packages, the sub-project aims at the comprehensive upgrading of the LMNDM's functions and the enhancement of its ability to provide reliable and timely information on the labour market's needs in terms of skills and occupations.
