Germany – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Rahmenvertrag zur Sicherstellung des Betriebs und die (Weiter-)Entwicklung des Produktes PMflexOne

The ITZBund requires external support to ensure the operation, maintenance, support, and (further) development of the project management application PMflexONE, which is based on the Open Source application Reference Repository for Steering Processes (RRSP), along with related applications, for example for monitoring or capturing and monitoring service times. In addition, product-related training services are required. PMflexONE is part of an overarching strategy of the ITZBund to provide and further develop standardized software development, project management, and collaboration solutions. The services to be provided within the framework of this procurement contribute to ensuring a consistent, high-performance, and future-proof tool portfolio of the ITZBund. The aim of this procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the aforementioned services. This includes, in particular, support in the following activities:

• Further development of PMflexONE and related applications, such as monitoring, capturing and monitoring of service times

• Expansion of PMflexONE with AI functionalities

• Annual maintenance of the PMflexONE application

• Technical support for the ongoing operation of the PMflexONE application

• Subject-specific support for the PMflexONE application

• Concept development and documentation

• Product-related training services
