The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are settled by unit prices. PERIOD: 01/03/2027 TO 28/02/2029. The contract will be concluded for a period of 12 months from 01.03.2027 with 1 tacit renewal until 28/02/2029. The Groupe Hospitalier de La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis may take a decision not to renew in writing at the latest 1 month before the end of the validity period of the contracts. The contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, without a minimum and with a maximum quantity indicated in the annex in the catalogue of needs, the quantity is that of the overall period of the contract. The maximum HT amount per lot of the contract will be designated in the notification. The Hôpitaux de La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis, the supporting establishment of the Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire Atlantique 17, acts on behalf of the establishments of its GHT listed below, and represented by Madame Valérie BÉNÉAT-MARLIER, Director General of the Hôpitaux de La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis. As of 1 January 2027, the Groupe Hospitalier de La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis will proceed with the merger-absorption of the Centre Hospitalier de Rochefort. The establishment resulting from this operation will automatically replace the Centre Hospitalier de Rochefort in all of its rights and obligations, notably in terms of public contracts. The new name of the legal entity resulting from this merger is intended to be defined later.
