1. The subject of the contract includes the supply of metrological and laboratory equipment, in accordance with the requirements specified in this Specification of Contract Conditions. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the attachments to the SWZ - Subject of the Contract Description, Price Form, and Draft Contract Terms – respectively for the part of the contract. 3. The parameters given in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (Attachment 3 to the SWZ) should be treated as the minimum, required parameters of the offered equipment. The Buyer allows the offering of equipment with parameters better than those requested. 4. Place of performance of the contract: Office for Technical Inspection, Central Laboratory for Technical Inspection, ul. Ostrowska 388, 61-312 Poznań. 5. Contract performance deadline: Part 1: • items 1 to 39, excluding 21, 35, 36, 37 - 63 days, from the date of signing the contract, • items 21, 35, 36, 37 - 84 days, from the date of signing the contract, Part 2 – 91 days, from the date of signing the contract, Part 3: • items 1 to 8, excluding 5 - 84 days, from the date of signing the contract, • items 5 and 9 - 196 days, from the date of signing the contract, Part 4: • item 1 - 126 days, from the date of signing the contract, • items 2 and 3 – 42 days, from the date of signing the contract, Part 5 – 42 days, from the date of signing the contract, Part 6 – 63 days, from the date of signing the contract, Part 7 – 63 days, from the date of signing the contract, Part 8 – 42 days, from the date of signing the contract.
