The contracting authority intends to purchase services for the expert assessment of engineering structures. The services to be procured are for engineering structures located in the territory of Kaunas city. The requirements for the services are specified in the special procurement conditions 7 annex "Draft Contract" 2 annex "Technical Specification". The services will be procured according to the Buyer's need. The contracting authority, by carrying out this public procurement, intends to conclude a preliminary procurement contract with 3 (or fewer than 3, if the tenderers recognised as winners of the tender are fewer than 3) suppliers, on the basis of which the Main Contracts for the procurement of engineering structures expert assessment with the suppliers who have concluded this contract will be concluded. The supplier for each specific task will be appointed in the order established in the Preliminary Contract, i.e. by carrying out a non-renewed tender or by carrying out a renewed tender. The specific services to be procured, their scope (quantity) and technical documentation about the object, necessary for concluding the Main Contracts, will be provided by the Buyer separately for each non-renewed and renewed tender.
