Romania – Survey design services – Servicii privind Evaluarea intermediară a Programului Regional Sud- Est 2021- 2027

The purpose of this contract is to support the Managing Authority and the Monitoring Committee in making management decisions at the level of the PR SE 2021-2027, both in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the interventions, and to achieve the expected effects. Furthermore, the interim evaluation will support the preparation process for the new programming period. The Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline for requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators and to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information that may be requested during the tender submission period in accordance with the provisions of art. 160, para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. If these deadlines fall on non-working days, the Authority will respond on the next working day following that date.
