The subject of the order is the provision of software services in the substantive area (SAP Business) and the technical area (SAP Basis). The order does not include maintenance and development services for infrastructure. However, the contractor is obligated to cooperate with entities providing maintenance and development services for infrastructure, particularly in the process of exchanging information regarding reported errors and failures.
