The subject of this public contract is the construction modifications to the dining and after-school care facility of Základní škola Sever, consisting of construction modifications in the basement and 1st above-ground floor related to the operation of the dining facility. In the basement, modifications are made due to changes in the layout and functional use of individual spaces, particularly a new hygiene facility for employees and a day room. New cooling and freezing spaces are designed in the place of the original ones. A new lift for transporting raw materials between the basement and the 1st above-ground floor is designed. The subject of the implementation of construction modifications in the 1st above-ground floor are boilers, dispensaries and spaces for washing dishes due to the new solution of the arrangement of preparation and distribution of meals and new technology for collecting and washing dishes. Part of the work is also the static securing of the ceiling structure under the boiler. In the dining area, construction modifications are made in connection with the new solution of air conditioning of the entire operation. Furthermore, measures are proposed in the dining room, the purpose of which is to achieve acoustic comfort during the operation of the dining room. Part of the construction modifications is the new solution of the distribution of building equipment in the basement due to the new arrangement of the technology in the kitchen space and the unsatisfactory condition with regard to their age. Part of the subject of the public contract is also the provision of warranty service.
