Romania – Road construction works – Execuție lucrări privind investiția ”Reabilitare strada Țigaretei” în Mun. Sfântu Gheorghe, jud. Covasna

The general objective of the project is the rehabilitation of Țigaretei Street in Sfântu Gheorghe Municipality, Covasna County. The following objectives will also be met: - The street will be brought to a condition that meets the quality requirements set by Law 10/1995, namely, resistance and stability to static, dynamic and seismic actions, operational safety, hygiene, public health, environmental protection and restoration; - Architectural refurbishment; - Annual reduction of greenhouse gases; - Increased safety for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic; - Improvement of access to sewerage for private consumers and economic agents. Execution period: 12 months Minimum guarantee required for the works carried out: 36 months (3 years), from the date of receipt upon completion of the works. The additional guarantee period offered will be a maximum of 12 months, after the expiry of the minimum required guarantee. The deadline by which clarifications can be requested from the contracting authority is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond to clarification requests is 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
