The subject of the present public procurement contract includes the execution of a supply/ies against a written order/orders from the Contracting Authority or persons authorized by it, of materials, consumables and spare parts for construction for the needs of the Directorate General "Border Police" - MIA and its territorial units, in accordance with the technical specification and all the requirements of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has the right to declare the types and quantities of goods, according to its needs (less or more than stated in the technical specification) within the overall estimated value and is not obliged to declare all types and quantities of goods.
