Rangovas undertakes to complete the works and finish the construction within the deadlines for the execution and completion of the works set out in the Contract, to carry out, hand over and complete the works of the reconstruction of other purpose engineering structures unique no. 4400 2336-0856 and the construction of other purpose engineering structures in accordance with the Work execution schedule and the conditions set out in the Contract, and to provide the necessary engineering services for the preparation of the Work project and the execution of the works, as provided for in the Contract, as well as to submit a completion declaration and to organise the related documents and to rectify any defects identified within the defect liability period.
