The construction measure involves continuing the infrastructural foundations for the ongoing new construction of the supply building, which were established in the 1st construction phase, while maintaining the operation of the property in 2 separate construction areas. The main services include civil engineering: removing/storing topsoil: approx. 2,400 m2 soil for road construction: loosening/storing/disposing: approx. 1,330 m3 demolition of asphalt layer with base courses: approx. 1,960 m2 excavation of trench/ditch/pit, with backfilling: approx. 6,970 m3 drainage PE100/PP-MD, up to DN 400: approx. 1,380 m shaft, Stb-FT, up to DN 1200: approx. 45 units cable protection pipes PE, up to AD 200, single/multi-strand: approx. 1,000 m Stb-cable pulling shafts: approx. 9 units drinking/borehole/garden water supply PE100 up to DN/OD 160: approx. 825 m district heating KMR up to DN 150 / AD 280: approx. 520 m grease separator system NS 10 / SF 1.0m3 ballast base course: approx. 5,300 m2 3-layer asphalt pavement: approx. 2,200 m2 asphalt base course: approx. 900 m2 concrete block grass joint paving: approx. 300 m2
