Germany – Ventilation and air-conditioning installation work – Lüftungstechnik, GCT, Ink VE4075

Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, acting on behalf of Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (GCT), is tendering for the new construction of the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies. The present bill of quantities describes the installation of ventilation systems in the three floors of the incubator (GCT) in the laboratory building "New Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies" Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin. The bill of quantities includes the supply, installation and commissioning of the following components: - Installation of approx. 3,500 m² of rectangular air duct and fittings - Installation of approx. 1,700 m of spiral duct up to DN300 - Installation of approx. 270 m of plastic pipe (PPs) up to DN250 - Installation of approx. 60 fire dampers - Installation of approx. 660 constant and variable volume flow regulators, as well as silencers - Installation of approx. 490 outlets - Documentation - Leakage test There are separate requirements under the Berliner Ausschreibungs- und Vergabegesetz (BerlAVG), see tender documents.
