Description

Supply of quarry aggregates (granite): crushed sand grade 0-4 mm and screened grades 4-8 mm, 8-16 mm, 16-22.4 mm, 16-31.5 mm, according to the qualitative and quantitative requirements in the terms of reference. The duration of the Framework Agreement is 4 years. Maximum Framework Agreement value: 13,054,800 lei; Maximum Framework Agreement quantities: -crushed sand grade 0-4 mm -33,000 tonnes -screened grades 4-8 mm, 8-16 mm, 16-22.4 mm, 16-31.5 mm– 67,400 tonnes. Minimum Framework Agreement value: 1,305,480 lei; -crushed sand grade 0-4 mm -3,300 tonnes -screened grades 4-8 mm, 8-16 mm, 16-22.4 mm, 16-31.5 mm– 6,740 tonnes. Value of the largest subsequent contract: 3,263,700 lei. -crushed sand grade 0-4 mm -8,250 tonnes -screened grades 4-8 mm, 8-16 mm, 16-22.4 mm, 16-31.5 mm– 16,850 tonnes. Value of the smallest subsequent contract: 326,370 lei. -crushed sand grade 0-4 mm -825 tonnes -screened grades 4-8 mm, 8-16 mm, 16-22.4 mm, 16-31.5 mm– 1,685 tonnes. Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded: minimum 1 subsequent contract per year. The minimum and maximum quantities relating to the Framework Agreement as well as the estimated minimum and maximum quantities relating to a subsequent contract are found as Annexes to the award documentation/terms of reference. A) Number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 8 days. B) In accordance with the obligation provided for in Article 161(1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarification by the 6th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A) will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the time limit mentioned in point B) and consequently any request for clarification within the mentioned terms will be considered late. Given the urgency of concluding the Framework Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 74(3) of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority reduces the tender submission period to 15 days. <<In the event that a situation of urgency, duly demonstrated by the contracting authority, makes it impossible to comply with the period provided for in paragraph (1), the contracting authority may set a reduced period for the submission of tenders, which may not be less than 15 days from the date of transmission for publication of the invitation to participate.>>
