The subject of the procurement covers the design and execution of construction works within the investment entitled: "Construction of a multi-level P&R and B&R parking facility in Wieliczka". 2. The task is co-financed under the action FENX.03.01 Urban transport priority FENX.03 Urban transport Programme European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027. 3. The scope of the Procurement includes all necessary actions to ensure proper, compliant with the law, contract conditions, requirements given in the Functional-User Programme and other documents constituting annexes to the SWZ, design and execution of the subject of the Procurement. 4. The subject of the procurement is: preparation of comprehensive design documentation, construction and handover for use of the investment entitled "Construction on plots no. ew. 1752/37 and 1752/33, parcel 0001 Wieliczka, a multi-level (3 levels) P&R and B&R parking facility planned for 250 parking spaces for cars and 30 parking spaces for bicycles, which will be implemented under the FENIKS 2021-2027 programme (Action FENX.03.01)." 5.
