The framework agreement covers building materials for both new construction and ongoing maintenance of properties. Goods must be purchasable in a store to meet acute and unforeseen needs that may arise in connection with the care of properties. The framework agreement includes building materials, flooring materials, and the suppliers' full product range within these areas. The framework agreement does not include paint products, piping materials, electrical materials, or appliances.
