Slovenia – Building construction work – Izvedba GOI del za potrebe mrežnega inkubatorja na dveh lokacijah

The subject of the public procurement is the implementation of GOI works for the needs of a network incubator at two locations. The project is co-financed from the European Cohesion Policy Programme in the 2021–2027 programming period, within Priority Axis 1: Knowledge-based Innovative Society, Specific Objective: RSO 1.3. "Strengthening sustainable growth and competitiveness of MSP and job creation in MSP, including through productive investments (ESRR)", therefore it is necessary to consistently adhere to the guidelines regarding the provision of visibility, transparency and communication of the European Cohesion Policy in the 2021–2027 period. The public procurement is divided into two lots:

• LOT 1: Arrangement of the attic in the building of the Business Incubator Perspektiva in the Business and Craft Zone Veliki Otok pri Postojna

• LOT 2: Reconstruction and change of purpose of the Kutinova hiša building in Postojna

The tenderer can submit a bid for an individual lot or for both lots. The contracting authority will consider that the tenderer has submitted a bid for the lot for which they will indicate the bid price in the Summary of the Bid Cost Estimate (OBR-6) and for which they will submit the Bid Cost Estimate in Excel. The tenderer must offer all services from an individual lot for which they are submitting a bid. For each of the lots, the absence of all reasons for exclusion, which are listed in point 8.1. of these instructions and the fulfillment of all conditions for participation which are listed in point 8.2. of these instructions and other conditions, which are listed in point 9. of these instructions, is required. The contracting authority will select the most advantageous tenderer based on the selection criteria for each individual lot and will award the contract for each individual lot.
