Czechia – Railway signalling works – „Zvýšení kapacity trati Týniště n. O. – Častolovice - Solnice, 3. část“, II. etapa – ZABEZPEČOVACÍ A SDĚLOVACÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ

The subject of this contract is the construction of the „Increase in capacity of the Týniště n.O. - Častolovice – Solnice line, 3rd part“, II. stage – SAFETY AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT. The basic subject of the Public Contract „Increase in capacity of the Týniště n.O. - Častolovice – Solnice line, 3rd part“, II. stage – SAFETY AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT is defined by a list of objects, which are listed in Annex 7.1.1 Special Technical Conditions (Part 2, Section 8 of the Tender Documentation). The subject of the Public Contract also includes the provision of cooperation related to the Work or its parts, and that for the duration of the Cooperation Agreement, where a part of the Work is understood to be (but not exclusively) safety equipment, operational applications related to safety equipment (hereinafter also „Equipment“), and that for the possible future needs of the contracting authority to connect the delivered part of the Work with further Equipment from another manufacturer/supplier. The investment action is divided into a total of three separate contracts – Infrastructure, Energy and Safety and Communication Equipment, which form a functional unit. Further specifications of the subject of the Public Contract are regulated in other parts of the tender documentation.
