Subject of the contract: Supply of laboratory reagents – Medical Diagnostic Laboratory: Task 1 - Tests for the detection of psychoactive substances in urine Task 2 - Rental of equipment for the preparation and reading of test strips and the purchase of complete sets of reagents containing strips with applied antigens and enzymatic conjugate for ANA confirmation tests and tests confirming Borrelia IgG and IgM as well as the rental of a fluorescence microscope and an analyser for preparation and the purchase of complete sets of reagents for the examination of antinuclear antibodies by the indirect immunofluorescence method. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers. The parts of the contract are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 2. The contracting authority informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 2 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks for one Contractor) Detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 2b and 5 to the TED.
