1. The subject of the contract is the provision of laundry services for the dormitory at 5 Gen. De Gaulle Street, Malbork, in the area of operation of the Pomeranian Regional Office. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of placing orders under the free-hand order procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Article 214(1)(7) of the Act. Detailed information regarding the repetition of similar services has been described in the subject of the contract description constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
