The subject of the contract is the development and delivery of training for the employees of the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw. The contract has been divided into 5 parts. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Development and delivery of training in the area of managerial and leadership skills development for the management staff of the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw. 2) Preparation and implementation of a two-level training program in the field of biostructural analysis of behaviours and communication, known as STRUCTOGRAM®, dedicated to the management staff of the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw. 3) Development and delivery of training that builds and develops training skills and competencies of the "Train the Trainer" type for a group of employees of the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw. 4) Preparation, organisation and delivery of a specialist training for the care staff employed in the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw in the field of supporting the sensory development of children up to 3 years, including the use of teaching aids and equipment used in daily work with children. 5) Preparation, organisation and delivery of a basic level training in the field of ukulele playing for the care staff of the Nursery Teams of the City of Warsaw.
