Croatia – Construction work – Nabava izrade projektne dokumentacije s projektantskim nadzorom i izvođenje radova obnove potresom oštećenih zgrada u Zagrebu - Blok Masarykova i Preradovićeva ulica

The subject of the procurement is the preparation of project documentation with design supervision and the execution of works for the renovation of 4 earthquake-damaged buildings in Zagreb – Masarykova and Preradovićeva streets, as regulated by the Law on Reconstruction, the Programme of Measures, the Law on Construction, and related regulations governing reconstruction, as well as regulations governing the performance of activities and tasks in the field of spatial planning and construction, and any subsequent amendments and supplements to these regulations. The scope of the contractor's activities includes the design and design supervision of 1. the complete renovation of the building, the execution of works for 1. the complete renovation of the building, 2. the repair of non-structural elements of the building, on a "turnkey" basis until full functionality in accordance with the Law on Reconstruction, in accordance with Article 630 of the Law on Obligations (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22, 155/23). All the subject buildings are located in the area of cultural heritage - Historical Urban Complex Grad Zagreb, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under number Z-1525. The buildings at addresses Masarykova ulica 10 and Preradovićeva ulica 14 are also individually protected cultural goods and are being renovated by complete reconstruction, in accordance with point 6 of the Programme of Measures and Article 19 of the Law on Reconstruction.
