Switzerland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Projet de mise en oeuvre d’un Système d’Information RH (SIRH)

The present contract concerns the supply, implementation, configuration, integration, maintenance and support of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for the hospitals in the canton of Vaud participating in the project. This future HRIS is intended to replace the solutions currently in use in some establishments or to be deployed as a new solution, in accordance with the roadmap specific to each entity. The expected services include, in particular, the supply of the solution, its implementation, the possible recovery of data, interfaces with existing systems, testing, user training, change management support, and corrective, evolutionary and support maintenance services. The implementation must result in the delivery of an operational solution, compliant with the functional and technical requirements defined in the tender documents and adapted to the business processes of the various establishments concerned.
