France – Overhaul and refurbishment work – Marché d'embellissement des loges gardiens et de signalétique pour le patrimoine d'Elogie-Siemp

Elogie-Siemp, a social landlord in the City of Paris, is undertaking a programme to enhance and harmonise the lodges of its building caretakers. This programme aims to improve the welcome for tenants, to enhance the legibility of spaces and to assert the image of the organisation across its entire portfolio. The present contract concerns the provision, in a single lot, of the following services for approximately 200 lodges: - Supply and installation of harmonised signage (interior welcome panel, exterior flag, building identification panel); - Creation of a painted wall in Elogie-Siemp colours; - Installation of a water point in the few lodges that lack one. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Technical Specifications Book (CCTP) and other attached documents. The present contract is a mixed contract, primarily treated as a lump sum and fixed price (100 lodges as a lump sum and the rest + identification plates in BDC). As an ancillary matter, the present contract is also treated as a single-supplier framework agreement under Article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by issuing purchase orders under Article R.2162-13 of the aforementioned Code. The purchase order section is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum of 80,000 euros (excl. VAT) over the total duration of the contract.
