Description

1. Organisation of the collection of selectively collected biodegradable waste and non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, their transport and disposal, originating from properties inhabited in the Municipality of Pyskowice. By the term "inhabited properties" the Contracting Authority understands: properties in the Municipality of Pyskowice where residents live and properties referred to in Article 6j(4) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733). The Contractor undertakes to carry out the subject of the contract in accordance with the resolutions of the Municipal Council of Pyskowice, to manage the collected waste in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587 as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), as well as environmental protection requirements and the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship. 2. The transfer of mixed municipal waste and bio-waste should be made to a municipal installation. 3. The performance of the subject of the contract must be in accordance with environmental protection laws and sanitary regulations, including the regulation issued on the basis of Article 9d(2) of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. 4. The contract will be carried out using vehicles in accordance with the requirements described in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122) on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners. 5. The Contractor must use a minimum of: • 2 vehicles adapted for the collection of municipal waste, including 1 vehicle with a water closed-circuit washing function, adapted for washing and disinfecting containers at the waste collection point. • 1 vehicle adapted for the collection of selectively collected municipal waste, • 1 vehicle for collecting waste without a compacting function (with a gate structure). The vehicles should meet the acceptable emission standard – at least Euro 5. In the event that the Contractor – in order to properly perform the contract, ensure the continuity of service, provide standby service, emergency replacements or in response to increased vehicle needs – expands the fleet of dedicated or actually used vehicles to serve the Municipality beyond the minimum indicated above, the Contractor will adapt the structure of the entire fleet used to the legal limit of at least 9% of clean vehicles in the sense of the Act on electromobility and alternative fuels.
