The purpose of the digitalisation project of the PCTC is to create an integrated IT platform that optimises the administrative and operational processes of the institution, streamlines the management of shows, resources and procurement, and improves public access to cultural services through a web portal, mobile app and info kiosks. The proposed architecture includes document management (DMS) modules for managing the internal document flows related to procurement for the organisation of events and shows, management of spaces and equipment available for hire, online ticket sales, show management, and supported by modern functionalities such as a chatbot virtual assistant.
