The framework agreement is "composite". It comprises a "standard contract" part and a "framework agreement with purchase orders" part. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The contract is for the maintenance and upkeep of the sanitation networks (the wastewater, foul and surface water networks, the pump stations, the oil separators and the booster pumps).
