The subject of the order is the rental service of swimming lanes in an indoor pool, along with the backstage, rooms and equipment for the needs of sports and educational activities for the students of the Academy of Physical Education of Polish Olympians in Wrocław. 2. The contractor is obliged to carry out the order on the principles and conditions described in the SWZ and in the annexes constituting an integral part of the SWZ, in particular in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order and Annex No. 3 to the SWZ Contract Template, specifying the scope and conditions of providing the service.
