Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2024-10

The statutory health insurances (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is determined by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, combinations of active substances, dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are, unless the contract provides otherwise, always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner under the framework agreement on the supply of medicinal products pursuant to § 129 para. 2 SGB V. The contract is concluded under the Open-House procedure: individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The statutory health insurances do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.10.2024 (any deviations in start times result from the information provided for the corresponding lot). The contract ends at the latest on 30.09.2026 (any exceptions result from the information provided for the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract term. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
