The subject of the contract is the provision of satellite capacity on a satellite at the orbital position 7° E for the needs of the closed system of distributing Polish Radio programs to the network of terrestrial UKF transmitters, satellite retransmission stations, and for ensuring the operation of Polish Radio S.A. SNG transmission vehicles. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions for the execution of the contract have been specified in the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
