Poland – Software package and information systems – Dostawa i wdrożenie systemu repertoryjno-biurowego na potrzeby Sądu Apelacyjnego w Gdańsku oraz Sądu Okręgowego w Bydgoszczy

The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of a comprehensive registry-office system (hereinafter referred to as the System) along with data migration from the currently operated registry-office system to the System, as well as one year of IT support and conducting training for the employees of the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk and the District Court in Bydgoszcz. 2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of the System and its implementation, as well as data migration from the currently operated registry-office system SAWA to the System; 2) granting an open, non-exclusive, perpetual license without a limit on the number of workstations for the System modules described in the OPZ; 3) conducting training on the operation of the System, in accordance with the requirements specified in the contract documents; 4) providing IT support services, relating to the System, for a period of 12 months from the date of implementation of the System - for the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk and the District Court in Bydgoszcz. 3. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Subject of the Contract Description (OPZ) which is Annex 1 to the OFFER. 4. The detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in the contract template which is Annex 5 to the SWZ.
