The subject of the contract is the design and implementation of the task: "Expansion of access control, television surveillance system and electronic key storage in the Academic Sports Centre" in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ. 2. The subject of the contract is described by: 1) Functional User Program (PFU) – Annex 2 to the SWZ; 2) Draft contract provisions – Annex 11 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract must meet the technical, functional and user requirements that are the same or higher than those described in Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor may not offer products with inferior technical, quality, functional and user parameters in relation to the requirements specified by the Buyer in the PFU. 4. The Buyer, pursuant to Article 95(2) of the Pzp Act, requires that the Contractor or subcontractor employ, under an employment contract, persons performing physical, auxiliary work and equipment operators. The regulations on employment under a contract of employment have been included in §25 of the draft contract provisions – Annex 11 to the SWZ.
