The subject of the procurement is the following services: Update of the land and building registry for 13 cadastral areas located in the municipality of Czarny Dunajec. 2. The subject of the procurement is the update of the land and building registry in terms of land use, buildings (including their measurement on site) and premises, as well as adaptation to compliance with the applicable legal provisions. The subject service is necessary due to the provisions of art. 4, para. 1a) of the Geodetic and Cartographic Law (Dz.U.2024.1151), which states that for the entire country, databases are established and maintained in a teleinformatics system, including the land and building registry. The procurement will be made to ensure the provision of public services carried out in the said Office. The implementation of the planned procurement will solve problems and meet public and social needs. The procurement will result in the alignment of the land and building registry databases with the applicable conceptual model, enabling the provision of spatial data in the form of e-services, which in turn will lead to an improvement in the quality of public services, economic and social development. 3. The subject of the Procurement is carried out for 13 cadastral areas: Ciche, Chochołów, Czerwienne, Dział, Koniówka, Odrowąż, Pieniążkowice, Piekielnik, Podczerwone, Podszkle, Stare Bystre, Wróblówka and Załuczne, located in the municipality of Czarny Dunajec. 4. The subject of the procurement has been divided into 5 parts (note! The contracting authority allows the possibility of submitting an offer for individual parts). 5. The contracting authority will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then carry out a subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was most highly evaluated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure in accordance with art. 139, para. 1,2 of the Pzp Act. The contracting authority does not require the obligation of personal performance by the contractor of key tasks in accordance with art. 60 and art. 121 of the Pzp Act. 23. The contracting authority does not envisage the conclusion of a framework agreement. The contracting authority does not envisage the selection of the most advantageous offer with the use of an electronic auction together with the information referred to in art. 230 of the Pzp Act. 25. The contracting authority does not set a requirement or possibility of submitting offers in the form of electronic catalogues or attaching electronic catalogues to the offer, in the situation specified in art. 93 of the Pzp Act. The contracting authority does not envisage the application of the option right, referred to in art. 441 of the Pzp Act. The method of preparing the offer (its signing) is specified by the SWZ.
