The subject of the contract is the provision of advisory and support services in occupational risk prevention and coordination in matters of safety and health corresponding to the maintenance work of the facilities and infrastructures managed by Barcelona Ciclo del Agua, S.A. (hereinafter, BCASA), through the development of the preventive activities contemplated in Law 31/1995, of 8 November, on the prevention of occupational risks, Law 54/2003, of 12 December, reforming the regulatory framework for the prevention of occupational risks, the Royal Decrees that develop and complement them, and other occupational risk prevention legislation.
