Ireland – Construction work for art and cultural buildings – Extension of the Potting Shed and change of use to artists' studios, associated external works and internal alterations to the dance studio.

The works will comprise of alterations to existing Potting Sheds and change of use to Artist's Studios. Works will include an increase in floor area, alterations to the floor plan and elevations, development of a ramp access, canopy and alterations to the external staircase to the tower. Also pergola/ramp link between Potting Sheds and Dance Studio and internal alterations to Dance Studio. All to include external works and connections/alterations to site services and all associated site works.
