The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products used within drug programs, in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract, in quantities resulting from current needs and within the deadlines resulting from the concluded contract. The ordering party allows the submission of partial offers for packages, in which case the contractor may submit an offer for the selected package or all packages listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (OPZ).
