1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a heavy rescue-firefighting vehicle. 2. Under the contract, the contractor undertakes to carry out the following: 2.1. delivery of the vehicle in accordance with the requirements described in Annex 2 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 1 to the SWZ Contract Project, 2.2. obtaining all necessary certificates, certificates, tests, etc. required by law, 2.3. conducting training for vehicle operators, 2.4. transferring ownership to the contracting authority and delivering the subject of the contract, 2.5. carrying out, no less than once a year, free inspections during the warranty period.
