1. The subject of the procurement is the successive delivery of disposable equipment and medical products for the Cytostatic Drug Workshop. 2. The subject of the procurement is detailed in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Product and Price Form, where the quantity and description of the subject of the procurement are provided. 3. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers. The subject of the procurement has been divided into 14 parts (packages). 4. The contracting authority allows for the submission of an offer for one, several, or all parts. 5. The subject of the procurement will be delivered at the cost, risk, and transport of the Contractor. 6. The conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Procurement are also included in the Draft Contract Terms, which are Annex 4 to the SWZ. 7. The minimum guaranteed level of order values, to which the contracting authority commits (the minimum guaranteed level of contract value utilisation), is defined in the Draft Contract Terms, which are Annex 4 to the SWZ.
