The procurement unit requests a tender for the following package (A+B) to be implemented in all targets: A. Broadband internet connections for properties for the use of residents, common areas, and building automation. B. Cable TV connections and services for properties for the use of residents and common areas. The supplier must offer the package. Partial tenders will not be accepted. Alternative tenders will not be accepted. Concurrent tenders will not be accepted. The procurement has not been divided into parts, as the tasks of the procurement are considered to form a package, the division of which into parts by the procurement unit would be impractical for technical and economic reasons (Public Procurement and Concession Contracts Act 1397/2016, §75). More detailed information about the package and tender requirements can be found in the tender request attachment 1, which states the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be offered. The procurement follows the procurement law (1397/2016). The procedure is an open procedure exceeding the EU threshold. The tender documents are in Finnish and the tender must be submitted in Finnish.
